Fabriano and Frasassi caves

This itineraries starts from Fabriano, famous worldwide for its paper making tradition and proceed with the visit of the Frasassi Caves and the small town of Genga. The Frasassi Caves are underground caves located inside the Gola della Rossa and Frasassi National Park, in the province of Ancona. The caves are comprised of a series of caverns. The Abisso Ancona cave is the first in the series that is 180 x 120 meters wide and 200 meters tall, with a capacity of over 2 millions of m3 that could hold the Duomo of Milan without any problems.

Urbino

The small, exquisitely charming, city of Urbino is situated in the heart of Italy, on the slopes of the Apennines, facing towards the Adriatic Sea. Urbino has a unique artistic and cultural heritage. The many works of art by famous artists which can be found here has led to the town being known as the “Cradle of the Italian Renaissance”. Illustrious names born in Urbino include: Raffaello Sanzio, Donato Bramante, Girolamo Genga, Federico Barocci, Federico Brandanti, Nicola da Urbino and many more. 

Visit a "Verdicchio" Vineyard

A trip to the region with the best typical food and wine. If it’s true that the gastronomic traditions of this area have in common the production of wine, especially Verdicchio, it’s also true that every village has its own patrimony of recipes, dishes and cultivations that make it different from the others. Near La Corte del Gusto is possible to visit a vineyard where they produce the typical white wine of our region: “Verdicchio”.

Beaches of Senigallia

From la Corte del Gusto is only 40 minutes by car from the beaches at Senigallia. Since 1997 Senigallia has been awarded the prestigious European Blue Flag, official recognition by the FEE to beaches that guarantee the quality of bathing water, concern for environmental matters, services and safety on the beach and information to users. There are thirteen kilometres of beach, a splendid old town centre and a wonderful surrounding hillsides. During July and August it take place a nice music festival called: Jamboree Festival

 

Exploring Conero

Marvelous beaches and enchanting little towns, a magical land waiting to be discovered. Conero is the name of the mountain which, from the height of its 572 meters, overlooks Ancona, but also the name of a magnificent Riviera, an enchanting nature reserve, and a highly acclaimed red wine, all of which can be discovered on this one fascinating journey. 

Our journey along the Conero coast concludes at Sirolo, a small fortified town perched on a high plain from where it enjoys a view of Conero’s most beautiful beaches: Sassi Neri, Due Sorelle, Numana, San Michele and Spiaggiola.
